The process begins with a consultation where we discuss your vision — including bowl shape, size, finish, and any other design elements you have in mind. You’ll also be able to choose your preferred stem material, whether that’s classic vulcanite, acrylic, or another option, along with stem color, style, and fit.

Once the design details are finalized, we provide a price estimate based on the complexity of the build, selected materials, and any specialty features. To begin crafting your pipe, a deposit is required, with the remaining balance due upon completion prior to shipping.

Throughout the process, we’re happy to provide updates to ensure your custom pipe is progressing exactly as envisioned — resulting in a one-of-a-kind piece made specifically for you.
